This arrived very quickly and the customer service person made me aware of exactly when I could expect it. This was important because if it couldn't make it on the day of the visitation it would be too late. She assured me this could be done so I was happy to order. They did arrive on time and they were beautiful and had the softest, sweetest sound. The inscription was also exactly as requested. My sister-in-law loved these and she will have something she can keep forever rather than flowers that would die.
