I sent this as a remembrance gift to family members when my mother-in-law passed away recently. Each family member was moved to tears when they received them. The weight tells you that significant thought was put into making the chime, and when the chime sings, it is such a deep mellow sound that your heart cannot help but be touched. This chime is worth every cent. The engraving comes out beautifully, and arrives wrapped, and packaged well enough that it was not to be damaged. Carolyn's customer service is excellent and timely.
