Arias 58-inch Chime in Satin Silver

I called to relay a concern about my windchime. The person who responded was wonderful! She was pleasant and understood my problem and offered to try to resolve the issue. I hope this will take care of the issue but feel if it doesn't that the company will make it right. I would certainly recommend this company because of the customer service

My father really enjoys his wind-chime and the sound it makes is lovely. It sounds exactly as described and looks elegant when you drive up to his home. The only flaw was a noticeable long scratch on one of the chimes that might have been done during delivery, but I believe it’s still worth mentioning,

Within a couple of hours got a return call advising me that only the paperwork had gotten switched and that I indeed had the correct set of chimes. That was efficient and friendly service.

I knew these were large but didn’t realize just how large—almost as tall as my mother! They are long, beautiful, and have a very pleasant church bell sound. She is very happy with them.
